What This Site Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official inmate records, jail rosters, court files, warrants, or booking photos. It cannot confirm custody status, release a person, file a record request for a visitor, or change any government record.

The site points visitors toward Madison County inmate and jail-record resources, statewide corrections tools, federal locators, and third-party research tools. Official records remain with the agency, court, or provider that created them.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, or target another person.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated screening decisions.
• Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the site, servers, or partner systems.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
